Comments: EYLEA Injection sales increased 39% to $815 million in the quarter, with sales of $518 million in the U.S. and $297 million in rest of world. Bayer HealthCare commercializes EYLEA outside the U.S., of which Regeneron recognized $88 million after development expenses. In October 2014, the FDA approved EYLEA for the treatment of macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO), which includes macular edema following branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO).
